OUTFITPOST: BARE LEGS ON A SUNNY DAY

ENG: I just came back from Amsterdam. Yesterday I had some meetings, went to the Beauty Brands United event, By Danie  fashion show (keep an eye on the blog for the By Danie video for FashionistaChloeTV) and the Xite Awards 2014. Yes I know I was quite busy. However I had a lot of fun and thank god for Citizen M hotels who offered me a hotel room, which made my program easier to handle. This morning I went to Primark Zaandam where I arranged some things for the huge Primark Nijmegen opening. I am really excited about this secret project..Lets say..to be continued!
Ok, back to my outfit. I took these pictures when the weather was amazing last Sunday. The weather was so good that I decided to have bare legs... To be honest with you I really had to get used to it, especially because my legs are not tanned! But hey, there is a beginning... I am going to enjoy my weekend! Keep you posted!

NL: Ik kom net terug van twee hectische dagen in Amsterdam. Eergister na wat afspraken ging ik naar het Beauty Brands United event. Op dit event zijn verschillende merken vertegenwoordig. Tijdens deze middag krijgen zij de kans om de pers de nieuwste trends en collectie te laten zien. Het is altijd een groot success en ook dit keer heb ik het erg naar mijn zin gehad. Ik kreeg ook een enorm grote goodiebag mee naar huis (zie Instagram @FashionistaChloe) en denk er over na een paar producten te reviewen. Wat vinden jullie hiervan? Na het beauty event was het tijd voor de By Danie hosted by Maybelline show in theather Tuschinski. Danie Bles had weer alles uit de kast gehaald en showde een echt IT collectie. Benieuwd? Hou dan zeker mijn blog in de gaten, want ik heb weer gefilmd voor FashionistaChloeTV. De avond eindige bij de Xite Awards 2014 in club Air (wat vooral heel erg leuk en gezellig was). Gelukkig boodt hotel Citizen M Amsterdam City mij een hotel kamer aan zodat ik gister morgen meteen vanuit Amsterdam naar de Primark Zaandam kon gaan. Ik was hier voor een heel leuk project wat te maken heeft met de Primark Nijmegen opening in (31 maart 2014). Ik ben hier sowieso aanwezig en zou het super leuk vinden jullie allemaal te zien! Snel meer over het Primark project nu verder met mijn outfit. Ik droeg deze outfit vorige week zondag toen het heerlijk weer was. Het weer was zo goed dat besloot voor blote benen te gaan. Om eerlijk te zijn, ik moest even wennen, vooral omdat mijn benen nog super wit zijn.. Maar hey, het begin is er.. Ik ga heerlijk van mijn weekend genieten. Ik hou jullie op de hoogte!

OUTFITPOST: THE SEE-THROUGH DRESS

ENG: Goodmorning my loves, it is time for a new outfitpost. Today I show you my black see-through dress which I bought at the Zara sale a few weeks ago. I already wore the dress during Copenhagen fashionweek, but duo to the cold I forgot to take outfit pictures. Last week I wore the dress again to the YSL X Fashiolista event and again I did not take any pictures. I know, I am a bad blogger. However, today the new dress is on the blog! I combined the dress with my legging trousers, and my new black Nelly boots (you can buy them here). The boots have attachable gold straps, so one day you have just black boots and the other day you have boots with details. Later this week I will show you the boots without the straps. To be continued! I have to hurry now.. work work and lots of work to do before Milan Fashionweek. Keep you posted!

NL: Goedemorgen lieverds, het is tijd voor een nieuwe outfitpost. Vandaag laat ik jullie mijn doorschijnende zwarte jurk zien. Deze jurk kocht ik een paar weken geleden in de SALE bij Zara. Ik was meteen verliefd en besloot hem daarom mee te nemen naar Kopenhagen. Tijdens Copenhagen Fashionweek droeg ik de jurk naar de Ganni show, maar vanwege de kou en heel veel sneeuw vergat ik foto's te maken. Daarna droeg ik de jurk ook nog naar het YSL X Fashiolista event en weer maakte ik geen foto's. Oh god, ik voel mijzelf een slechte blogger. Anyway, vandaag de jurk dan eindelijk op de blog! Ik combineerde de jurk met mijn leren legging en nieuwe Nelly boots (meer info hier). De riempjes van de laarsjes kan je er makkelijk afhalen, waardoor je eindeloos kan combineren. De ene dag heb je dus gewoon zwarte laarsjes en de andere dag zwarte laarsjes met een detail! Later deze week foto's van de boots zonder riempjes op mijn blog. Hou mijn blog dus zeker in de gaten. Ik moet nu snel haasten! Ik heb nog veel, lees heel veel werk te doen voordat ik kan vertrekken naar Milaan voor fashionweek. Ik hou jullie op de hoogte!

OUTFITPOST: THE COLOURFUL LEOPARD JUMPER

ENG: Hello my loves, today I had a quite busy day. I started with a coffee meeting in my own hometown Nijmegen. When I came home my day consisted of answering emails, editing fashionweek pictures, having contact with my photographer about her fashionweek pictures and arranging things for upcoming fashionweeks. It was quite busy day but I love my work. Daisy and I are almost done with all the AFW pictures and my first official Amsterdam Fashionweek post will be online tomorrow. For today I scheduled an outfitpost where I am wearing my colourful leopard jumper. I got many likes on Facebook and Instagram so I think you all really like the jumper. I combined the jumper with my new leather leggings (love it), favourite boots and white oversized blouse. By the way, if you know some good places to go or hotspots in Copenhagen, please let my know. I want to tell you many more, but I have to do my taxes. Keep you posted!

NL: Goede avond! Vandaag had ik weer een super drukke dag. Het lijkt maar niet op te houden, maar ik hou van mijn werk dus het is zeker geen straf. Vanmorgen startte ik met een koffie meeting bij mijn favoriete koffie tentje in Nijmegen, Bairro Alto. Samen met het Primark team maakte ik leuke plannen met betrekking tot de opening van de Primark in Nijmegen. Ik kan alvast verklappen dat er echt super vette dingen aan zitten te komen. Ik kan niet wachten om het jullie te  vertellen. Na de meeting  was het tijd voor een inbox vol met emails, editen van foto's, veel telefoontjes plegen en vooral heel veel op orde brengen voor mijn tripje naar Kopenhagen. Samen met Daisy van Knotsenburg (fotografe) keek ik naar de foto's van fashionweek die morgen avond online komen op mijn blog. De foto's van afgelopen fashionweek zijn echt super tof geworden. Voor vandaag een outfitpost met mijn gekleurde luipaard trui. Op Instagram en Facebook kreeg ik aardig wat likes, dus ik denk dat jullie deze outfit ook leuk vinden. Ik combineerde de trui met mijn leren legging, buckle boots en oversized blouse. Trouwens als jullie nog tips voor Kopenhagen hebben hoor ik het graag. Ik wil van alles vertellen, maar eerst is het tijd voor mijn BTW aangifte. Ik hou jullie op de hoogte.

OUTFITPOST: AMSTERDAM FASHIONWEEK

ENG: Hello lovelies, how are you? Amsterdam Fashionweek is a wrap and I am already looking forward to my next adventure Copenhagen Fashionweek. But first I want to show you more of Amsterdam Fashionweek. Yesterday I went to the fashion tradefair Modefabriek and attended some shows at Westergasfabriek. At the Modefabriek I attended the Talking Tables discussion about Fashion & Retail which was very interesting. More about that very soon here on my blog. Now more about today's outfitpost which I wore to the Ready to Fish show two days ago. To be honest, I really love fluttering top. I have to hurry now. I have to check out in The Student Hotel, have some appointments here in Amsterdam and have to get back in Nijmegen at 4PM. So hurry hurry! But I make a promise, tonight I will post more fashionweek news on my blog. So stay tuned!

NL: Hallo lieverds, hoe gaat het? Amsterdam Fashionweek is afgelopen en ik kijk alweer uit naar mijn volgende avontuur, Kopenhagen Fashionweek. Eerst wil ik meer vertellen en laten zien over Amsterdam Fashionweek. Gister ben ik naar de Modefabriek geweest waar ik de "Talking Tables" over mode en retail bijwoonde. Deze discussie gevoerd door onder andere designer Hans Ubbink en Volkskrant journalist Bregje Lampe was echt super interessant. Meer hierover op mijn blog deze week. Anyway, deze outfit droeg ik twee dagen geleden naar de show van Ready to Fish. Wat ik zo leuk  vind aan deze outfit? De fladderende gele top (musthave voor zomer 2014). Ik moet echt gaan haasten. Ik moet nog uitchecken, mails afmaken, heb nog wat afspraken hier in Amsterdam en moet om 4 uur weer terug in Nijmegen zijn. Opschieten, opschieten dus! Maar.. ik beloof vanavond komt er meer fashionweek nieuws online op mijn blog. Dus hou mijn blog zeker in de gaten!

OUTFITPOST: THE PRINTED BOMBER JACKET

Mostly I am quite sure about my outfits and shoot location. Yesterday I wanted to do a shoot on the dock of Nijmegen,but while shooting I  was insecure about everything (location, lipstick, stockings, glasses etc.). In my opinion every picture we took failed. This was mainly due to the busy background in combination with my colorful and printed outfit. After we scrolled through the pictures we decided to chose an other location and I am glad we did that!! This (location) background is much butter, and I love the result. Sometimes you have to change,never give up and continues to achieve your goal! OUTFITPOST: SPRING AND COLOURS

Unfortunately Paris Fashionweek is over, but there will be many fashion events coming up soon. I am quite busy thinking about my future, as you may know I just graduated at TMO European Business School, and I am not sure what I want to do now. There are some small projects and I am writing for the new fashion community ShopWithYourFriends. My first Streetstyle report from London is now online! I am also in the running to become GuestBlogger of the month at Follow Fashion. Unfortunately  I had not enough time last week, but now I am totally focussed again! Het zonnetje schijnt en de lente komt er aan. Helaas is Parijs fashionweek alweer voorbij, maar natuurlijk staan er  nog verschillende andere leuke fashion events in de planning. Ik ben op dit moment bezig om alles op een rijtje te zetten, ik ben afgestudeerd en weet niet echt heel goed wat ik nu wil gaan doen. Er lopen wat kleine projecten en ik schrijf  sinds kort voor het nieuwe fashionplatform ShopWithYourFriends. Echt super leuk! Mijn eertse Streetstyle Report  uit Londen staat inmiddels online. Verder ben ik in de race om gastblogger van de maand te worden op Follow Fashion. Helaas had ik de afgelopen week weinig tijd, maar ga nu weer vol aan de slag. Als je het leuk vind kun je op mij stemmen, hiermee vegroot je mijn kansen als gastblogger van de maand. Ik ga nu aan de slag met mijn tweede artikel voor Follow Fashion.
