I just came back from Edit Festival 2013 at Veerplas Haarlem. It was cold (fortunately there was no rain), but I had so much fun. At the moment I am tired as hell, but I really want to show you guys my today's festival outfit. I chose to wear my Mightee shirt in combination with my favorite ripped shorts and comfortable black United Nude boots. I took a lot of pictures including some streetstyle pictures, which I will post very soon in a special festival post on this blog. Ik kom net terug van Edit Festival 2013. Het was een koude dag, maar gelukkig beter dan voorspeld (er is geen drup regen gevallen). Het Festival was geslaagd en heb het erg naar mijn zin gehad! Daarnaast heb ik enorm veel foto's gemaakt (inclusief streetstyle) die een deze dagen online komen in een festival report op deze blog. Houd mijn blog dus zeker in de gaten. Op dit moment ben ik super moe, maar ik wilde jullie graag nog mijn festival outfit van vandaag laten zien. Ik koos voor comfortabele en makkelijk schoon te maken schoenen. De schoenen zien er nog mooi uit op de foto's, maar dat is nu wel anders, haha. Gelukkig zijn ze zo schoon als ik er een doekje over heen haal. ik combineerde de lak schoenen met mijn favoriete Zara short, Mightee shirt en leer jasje met studs. Mijn gekleurde beanie maakte niet alleen mijn outfit compleet, maar hield ook nog is mijn hoofd heerlijk warm! Ik ben benieuwd wat jullie van mijn festival outfit vinden. Ik ga lekker slapen! OUTFITPOST: THE STRIPED SHORTS

Good evening followers, today I enjoyed my extra weekend day. After I attended two festivals on Saturday and Sunday, I decided to wear my jogging suit the whole day today. A few weeks ago I posted two outfits (here & here) with the Vero Moda wonder jegging. Now Vero Moda launched an equally stretch high waisted shorts, which are perfect to wear this upcoming summer season.

 

Yesterday I chose to wear one of my high waisted shorts, because the sun finally apearred! I combined the shorts with a basic white tee, leather studded jacket and my comfortable Converse sneakers. In the afternoon, I wanted to wear this outfit to TikTak Festival. Fortunately I changed my clothes and chose for a denim because in the afternoon the sun disappeaped and it became colder. Het lange Pinksterweekend zit er bijna weer op. Na twee festivals, heb ik het vandaag lekker rustig aan gedaan. Het weer zat ook niet echt mee (regen, regen en nog eens regen) en ik besloot daarom maar een joggingpak dag in te lassen. Prima leek mij zo! 

 

Een aantal weken geleden postte ik twee outfits (hier & hier) met de Vero Moda wonder jegging (een legging die op een broek lijkt). Inmiddels heeft Vero Moda een soort gelijke stretch high waisted shorts uitgebracht. Ideaal voor de zomer, al laat de zomer nog op zich wachten. Ik heb de shorts al een tijdje in mijn kast liggen, alleen het weer liet mij nog niet echt het dragen ervan toe. Natuurlijk wil ik jullie wel de shorts laten zien, ze kosten namelijk maar €19,95 en per twee €30 euro en zitten erg comfortabel.

 

Gister ochtend droeg ik deze outfit en wilde deze ook aan doen naar het TikTak festival (in Nijmegen scheen de zon). Gelukkig heb ik er uitiendelijk slim voor gekozen de shorts te ruilen voor een jeans want in Amsterdam heb ik de zon niet gezien en was het ijzig koud. Ik ga nog even genieten van mijn avond. Fijne avond en slaap lekker voor straks!

OUTFITPOST: THE PRINTED BLOUSE

Good afternoon, a brand new outfitpost on my blog. Today I am wearing the blouse which I bought at the Primark store opening in Almere. I directly fell in love with the print of this blouse.  It is is not a very warm item, because it is a summer blouse. Fortunately, it is not freezing at the moment, so I give it a chance! I combined the bouse with my jogging pants by Zara and my favourite boots of this moment.

What do you do when it has snowed? You keep a snowball fight? Friday it was snowing the entire day. It's sounds cool and I have to be honest that the outside looked beautiful. However, I had to go to Amsterdam that day by train. Unfortunately, I could not go due to the bad weather and therefore I had to cancel my appointments. Afterwards, I decided to work at home in front of the fireplace. Not bad at all if you ask me? I was wearing a very comfortable outfit, my G-Star RAW jeans combined with my warm and cosy jumper and my EMU boots. Hi there, I am sorry for my lack of update today, but I was quite busy. I attended the Sarenza press presentation this morning followed by an appointment for Fashionista Chloe TV. My final activity took place at the Van Bommel shoe factory reopening at Moergestel, The Netherland. The tour in the Van Bommel shoe factory, which was founded in 1800 was really inspirational. It was an impressive day and I saw a lot of great things.  I will tell you more about the tour/reopening of the shoe factory in Moergestel and the press presentation of webshop Sarenza very soon on my blog. OUTFITPOST: THE GALAXY JEANS

A few months ago I went to the Mimimum HQ and some of you know that I was super enthousiatic about the Galaxy jeans from the Express 124 collection and decided to post it directly on Instagram (@FashionistaChloe). Unfortunately, the jeans were not in the stores yet. We decided that as soon as the jeans are available, to do an outfitpost with them. Finally, the jeans are available. Now I can show you the beautiful galaxy jeans in combination with my vintage leather jacket. Just very simple, but in my opinion when you are wearing  printed bottoms you have to waer it with minimalistic items. What do you think of the Galaxy trend and my new jeans?

 

By the way, today I went to the big United Nude sample sale at the Nieuwezijdsvoorburgwal 262 in Amsterdam. I found two beautiful pair of shoes. Soon to be showed! OUTFITPOST: THE COMIC JUMPER

Last week I came home and found an amazing package full of socks and tights from Happy Socks and laces from Mr Lacy on my desk. All the socks had a different design, from panther to neon colors. These burgundy polkadot tights were also in the package and I directly fell in love with them. I combined them with my favourite leather vintage skirt and my new comic jumper, which I bought at Episode last week (I told you in my former post about that).

Yesterday I went to Amsterdam with my friend Anouk. Two friends of my organized a big sample sale at World Fashion Center in Amsterdam, and I was really interested in their items (they sold COH, Scotch and Soda and many more). We also attended this sample sale (I bought some amazing things, soon to be showed), The rest of the day we spent more time in Amsterdam were we drank coffee, hunted for some vintage items at Waterlooplein and talked with eachother about girl things (you know what I am talking about ;-) ). All and all a very nice day.

OUTFITPOST: FUR BODY AUTUMN

Good morning followers, did you enjoy your weekend? Last Friday I really needed some time to relax after a hectic but wonderful week. Fortunately, my agenda for this weekend looked good. Saturday I went to the birthday party of one of my best friends. Sunday I stayed home and watched movies on the coach in our living room. All this sounds perhaps a bit boring to some of you but for me it was - just perfect !

Today I am wearing again my Spanx tights. ( the same Spanx tights I described in one of my former posts) They are perfect for me because I love to wear dresses and skirts and they are easy to combine in 1000 different ways. In this outfitpost I am wearing my Spanx with my new denim skirt which I bought last week at Episode. I was really happy when I found this denim skirt because I wanted this skirt for a long time. Still thinking of doing perhaps a DIY with this skirt. I want to to give the skirt a more vintage look by making some holes in it. What do you think of this idea?
