THROWBACK THURSDAY: PLACE VENDOME PARIS

ENG: Today it is time for a Throwback Thursday outfit. I was wearing this outfit on my last day in Paris. When I woke up that morning the weather was amazing and I decided to wear the Poetry see through shirt combined with my Dondup white trousers. Unfortunately, it began to rain when I arrived at the Ugg Comfort Lounge event at Hotel Vendome.  It was my last day in Paris and I wanted to shoot this outfit, but the rain made this impossible. I can't control the weather, so I decided to enjoy my last hours at the Ugg Austalia event where I got an amazing massage, make-up touch up and nails treatment. I know, not bad at all! After the event photographer Romain Guintard offered to take some outfit pictures, what was super kind of him. To be honest with you I really love the result (especially because we took these pictures when it was raining). NL: Vandaag is het tijd voor een "Throwback Thursday" outfit. Ik droeg deze outfit tijdens mijn laatste dag in Parijs. Toen ik opstond was het nog super lekker weer en besloot ik mijn Poetry top te combineren met mijn witte Dondup broek. Helaas begon het echt super hard te regenen toen we arriveerde bij het Ugg Comfort Lounge event in Hotel Vendome. Het was mijn laatste dag in Parijs en ik wilde deze outfit graag fotograferen voor mijn blog. Regen is echt overmacht en daar kan je helaas niks aan veranderen. Daarom besloot ik eerst naar binnen te gaan voor het event. Ik hoopte dat het weer nog wat zou opklaren. Eenmaal binnen onderging ik een heerlijke beauty behandeling; mijn nagels werden gedaan, ik kreeg een massage en mijn make-up werd bijgewerkt. Natuurlijk super leuk en lekker en ik wil daarvoor Ugg Australia nogmaals bedanken. Na het event boodt fotograaf Romain Guintard aan om outfit foto's te maken. Wauw dit was echt super aardig van hem! Ik ben echt heel blij met het resultaat, vooral als je bedenkt dat deze foto's zijn  gemaakt in de regen. Ik ben benieuwd naar jullie mening en kijk uit naar jullie reacties. FASHIONISTA CHLOE TV: PARIS FASHIONWEEK ADVENTURES

ENG: Good morning my loves! Last Monday I came back from five unforgettable days in Paris. Last weekend I started to edit the Paris Fashionweek video and yesterday evening I worked till very late to create this special video report about all my adventures in Paris. I really don't know where to start because I did so many things, but honestly I had the time of my life. I could have never imagined that I would reach this all with my blog. I went to Paris with my lovely friend and fellow blogger Noor of the blog QueenofJetlags. During Paris fashionweek we stayed at Hotel Lyric (the first two days) and Hotel Ibis Styles Montmartre Nord (the last two days). The first hotel was very located close by Jardin des Tuleries and the second hotel was located in the cosy neighbourhood Montmartre Paris. What I did during my 5 days in Paris?  I went to a bunch of shows, got a tour at the Serenza HQ, went to some presentations, got an amazing massage at the Ugg Australia Comfort lounge at hotel Vendome, bumped into the streetstyle madness at Isabel Marant/ Viktor & Rolf and played the tourist..(saw the Sacre Coeur, strolled through Montmartre and had an delicious lunch at Le Pain Quotidien ). NL: Goedemorgen lieverds! Vorige week maandag kwam ik terug van vijf onvergetelijke dagen in Parijs. Afgelopen vrijdag begon ik aan de edit van de Parijs Fashionweek video en heb tot gister avond laat gewerkt om de video af te maken, maar het resultaat mag er zijn. Ik weet niet waar ik moet beginnen, ik heb namelijk zoveel verschillende dingen meegemaakt en gezien. Een tijdje geleden kwamen Noor (blogger voor QueenofJetlags) en ik op het idee om tijdens Parijs Fashionweek naar Parijs te gaan. Eerst bleef het bij een idee, maar al gauw hadden we de knoop doorgehakt! Wat is er nou leuker om samen naar Parijs te gaan? Tijdens PFW verbleven wij in Hotel Lyric (dag 1 + 2) en Hotel Ibis Styles Montmartre Nord ( dag 3 + 4 ). Beide hotels waren zeer aangenaam. Hotel Lyric was net wat centraler gelegen (vooral tijdens Fashionweek heel erg handig), maar in de buurt van Hotel Ibis Style MN lagen meer  restaurants en gezellige bars. Wat heb ik nou precies gedaan in Parijs? Ik ben naar verschillende shows geweest, bezocht wat presentaties, kreeg een rondleiding op het hoofdkantoor van Sarenza, kreeg een heerlijke massage bij de UGG comfort lounge (klik hier om de nieuwste collectie bekijken), bezocht de streetstyle gekte bij Viktor&Rolf/ Isabel Marant en hing een beetje de toerist uit (Denk hierbij aan wandelen in Montmartre, de Sacre Coeur en lunchen bij Le Pain Quotidien). OUTFITPOST: JARDIN DES TUILERIES PARIS

ENG: Goodmorning.. It's Sunday which means weekend..although not for us here in Paris. We have a busy schedule here during Paris Fashionweek and hop from meeting to showroom and from streetstyle madness to outfitpictures madness. However, we have a lot of fun here in Paris. Honestly everything is so beautiful here and I want to instagram every building. Just joking! I took this pictures just before I was bumping into the streetstyle madness at Jardin des Tuileries. The garden in front of the venue of Viktor & Rolf was packed with many streetstyle photographers and they went crazy when famous bloggers, hipster or other celebrities entered the gardens. It was hard to shoot some streetstyle, but in the end I did a great job. Soon more about it on my blog. But first today's outfitpost. NL: Goedemorgen! Het is zondag en dat betekend weekend! Althans niet voor ons hier in Parijs. Tijdens Parijs Fashionweek hebben wij een druk schema, we hoppen van afspraak naar showroom en van streetstyle cricus naar outfit foto's gekte.. Desalniettemin hebben we enorm veel plezier samen.Alle gebouwen, tuinen en pleinen zijn hier zo mooi en ik wil het liefst alles instagrammen! Grapje hoor! Ik fotografeerde deze outfit net voordat ik in het streetstyle circus bij Jardin des Tuilleries terrecht kwam. De tuin van het Louvre was afgeladen vol voor de Viktor & Rolf show en de gekte brak letterlijk los wanneer bekende sterren, hipsters of andere goed gekleedde mensen de tuin betraden. Het was moeilijk om zelf streetstyle te fotograferen maar uiteindelijk ben ik zeer tevreden. Meer hierover en het resultaat van de streetstyle snel op mijn blog. Eerst de outfitpost van vandaag. Gister koos ik voor een lente outfit. Ik kijk echt uit naar zomer en dat ik kan genieten van de zon op het strand... Laat de zomer beginnen! Ik hou jullie op de hoogte! OUTFITPOST: IN LOVE WITH PARIS

ENG: Good morning my loves.. To start this post, I fell in love with Paris (again). Especially today when I went together with my blogger babes Noor and Tamara to the Louvre. The buildings here are so beautiful even when it is raining. Yesterday the weather was quite weird. In the morning it was raining and afterwards the sun appeared but in the end it was raining again. However we managed to take some good outfit pictures. I am obsessed with light blue lately and when I saw this light blue skirt in Milan I was sold. Yesterday I combined it with the M Missoni wedges (now in stores), leather jacket and my funny red heart sunnies. In the afternoon we did some streetstyle pictures at some shows and we all wore some pastel items. My friend Noor chose for pink, Tamara for yellow and I for light blue. You can definitely call it a pastel party of bloggers... Just joking! I have to hurry now for breakfast and to say bye to my dear friend Tamara. I keep you posted! NL: Goedemorgen! Om te beginnen, ik ben weer verliefd geworden op Parijs. Vooral,  nadat we richting het Louvre gingen om outfit foto's te maken. Alle gebouwen zijn mooi hier, zelfs als het regent. Gister was het weer niet echt optimaal, toen we opstonden regende het, daarna kwam de zon en daarna begon het zelfs te hagelen. Anyway, het is toch gelukt om goede foto's te maken. De laatste tijd ben ik echt geobserdeerd door licht blauwe items en was meteen verkocht toen ik dit licht blauwe rokje bij Zara spotte in Milaan.  Gister combineerde ik het rokje met de M Missoni wedges, leren jasje en grappige hartjes zonnenbril. In de middag besloten we streetstyle te fotograferen bij verschillende shows en we droegen allemaal pastel tinten. Mijn vriendin Noortje koos voor roze, Tamara voor geel en ik voor lichtblauw. Het leek wel een pastel feestje van bloggers, grapje hoor! Ik ga nu opschieten om het ontbijt te halen. CHRISTIAN WIJNANTS SHOW AT PARIS FASHIONWEEK

ENG: Good morning from Paris! Yesterday in the afternoon I arrived in Paris. Unfortunately it was raining, but that didn’t stop me from having fun. After we checked our room,  shot some outfit pictures and had  lunch we went to the Christian Wijnants show at Palais du Tokyo. I am having a cold from Milan (yes, I partied too much, dressed too cold and had little sleep) so I am not feeling that well. However, I dressed up and went to the venue. The AW14/15 collection is ready to wear and I already chose my favourite items for upcoming season. What about the mustard yellow coat and the metallic yellow bagpack? I am really obsessed with these items. All and all I had a pleasant time at the show…In this post I show you my favourite items of the show and the outfit I was wearing to the show. What I was wearing? I chose to wear black and white in combination with my floppy hat and transparent Furla bag (I LIKE!). I have to hurry now, breakfast is calling.. Keep you posted!

NL: Goede morgen vanuit Parijs! Gister middag na een korte reis met de Thalys kwam ik aan in de bruisende stad  Parijs. Helaas regende het, maar dat kon de pret niet deren. Nadat wij de kamer hadden gecheckt, outfit pictures hadden gemaakt en even snel een broodje hadden gegeten was het tijd voor de Christian Wijnants show bij Palais du Tokyo. Na Milaan kwam ik ziek thuis, ik hoest heel erg en voel mijzelf niet optimaal (ja, ik ben denk ik iets teveel uitgeweest, heb mijzelf te koud aangekleed en heb te weinig slaap gehad). Anyway, het blijft fashionweek dus ik maakte mijzelf show klaar en ging onderweg naar de show. De AW14/15 collectie is erg draagbaar en ik heb mijn favoriete items voor aankomend seizoen al gekozen. Wat vind je bijvoorbeeld van de oker gele jas en de metalic gele rugzak? Ik ben echt verliefd op deze items. Al met al was het een inspirerende show. In deze post laat ik jullie mijn favoriete items zien  en de outfit die ik droeg naar de show. Wat ik aanhad? Ik koos voor een zwart/wit outfit in combinatie met mijn flap hoed en transparante Furla tas ( I LIKE). Ik moet nu snel opschieten.. het ontbijt roept mij! Ik hou jullie op de hoogte!

SPOTTED AFTER VALENTINO SHOW PARIS PART2

As I told you before, it was a fashion circus in the gardens of the Louvre. Jardin de Tuileries was dominated by fashionweek. I spotted many fashionistas after the big Valentino show. On the streets it was a tangle of different seasons. Some people dressed them self-up in summer items and some in winter garments. The Russian woman on picture two was very popular for streetstyle photografers. For those who did not know her, she is Ulyana Sergeenko, a Russian designer and photografer.

Zoals ik al eerder vertelde was het een fashion circus in de tuinen achter het Louvre. Jardin des Tuileries stond afgelopen week in het teken van fashionweek. Na de grote show van Valentino kwam ik verschillende leuke typetjes tegen. Op straat was het een wirwar van verschillende seizoenen. Sommige kozen al voor zomer items, maar andere hevelde zich nog in winter gewaden. Ik spotte de bovenstaande hippe fashionista's. De Rusische vrouw op foto twee was erg populair bij de streetstyle fotografen, voor diegene die haar niet kennen. Dit is Ulyana Sergeenko een designer en fotograaf uit Rusland.
