NL: Goedemorgen, wat is er beter dan de avondzon. Heerlijk nog even genieten van het zonnetje. Gister middag was ik aanwezig bij de Aussie 2nd anniversary bij restaurant Pllek in Amsterdam. De haar verzorgingslijn bestaat deze maand 2 jaar en vierde dit samen met online pers bij restaurant Pllek. Meer hierover snel op mijn blog. Gister fietste ik van hot naar her, want naast het Aussie event, bezocht ik ook nog 2 persdagen en het Pandora event. Druk, druk, druk dus en wat is er dan fijner om voor een comfortabele outfit te kiezen. Mijn boots, leren rokje, denim blouse, lekkere trui en natuurlijk een beanie tegen mijn bad hair day (grapje hoor). Ik ga opschieten. Weer een drukke dag voor de boeg! ENG: Goodmorning, yesterday the weather was beautiful and I enjoyed the sun as much as I could. I crossed through the city of Amsterdam to visit a serveral events, from the Aussie hair brunch to the Pandora workshop at The Dylan Hotel Amsterdam. I had a lot of fun and at the end of the day  I took some pictures from my outfit. I chose for a comfortable outfit, because I had to run from the event to event and from meeting to appointment. So what is better to wear my bullet boots, leather skirt, denim blouse, comfy jumper and neon pink beanie against my bad hair day (just jocking!). I have to hurry now, busy day is coming up! EVENT: MODERNE HIPPIES MARKT AT ROEST

NL: Goedemorgen allemaal! Het weekend zit er weer op en we gaan weer vol aan de slag! Althans, ik wel.. Hoe was jullie weekend? Zondag was voor mij 'funday', samen met mijn vriendinnetje Coco op de scooter naar de Moderne Hippies markt bij Amsterdam Roest. Amsterdam Roest vind ik sowieso altijd al een hele leuke plek om je zondag door te brengen. Er is een strandje en je kunt er heerlijk relaxen. En als je er dan ook nog kan shoppen. bij verschillende leuke kraampjes (lees veel vintage) dan is de zondag echt compleet. Klein geheimpje na 5 minuten had ik mijn eerste vintage trui geshopt, na een kwartier een nieuwe zonnenbril en daarna natuurlijk heerlijk genoten van de zon, een lekkere Wostock en  de enorm goede sfeer die er bij Roest hangt. Ken jij Amsterdam Roest al? Zo niet ga er dan als je in de buurt bent een keer langs (zeker als de Moderne Hippies markt plaatsvindt). ENG: Good morning everyone! Well it is the end of the weekend and work is knocking at my door! I am ready! How was everyone's weekend? Sunday was a "funday" for me, together with my girlfriend Coco on the scooter on our way to the Moderne Hippies markt at Amsterdam Roest. Amsterdam Roest is a great place to spend your Sunday at. There is also a small beach to relax. And then you can do some shopping also at several different booths (read a lot of vintage), then the Sunday is complete. Let you tell you a little secret, after 5 minutes I bought my 1st vintage sweater, after 15 minutes my new pair of sunglasses, and ofcourse had to enjoy the lovely sun with a lovely Wostock and the great atmosphere of Roest. Do you know Amsterdam Roest yet? If not, you really have to go there if you are close (for sure with the Modern Hippies market. OUTFITPOST: THE STREETS OF LONDON

Yesterday evening I arrived safely home after a weekend full of Londen Fashionweek madness. The following pictures give you an impression of my shopping trip to Spitafields market and Brick Lane yesterday. This vintage shopping area is called the new Notting Hill and on Sundays they has an amazingly huge vintage market. If you are in Londen on Sunday and you love vintage, you definitely have to go there (underground: Liverpool Station).
Yesterday I was interviewed by The BBC4 about my clothes aswell as my opinion of Brick Lane. This interview will be broadcast on BBC4 very soon. I am still busy editing pictures of the Spijkers and Spijkers show. Please keep an eye on this blog for more news about the London Fashionweek. By the way, I bought these heels, blouse, sunglasses en a beanie in London. Do you like it?

Inmiddels ben ik terug uit Londen, maar ik mis het nu al! De bovenstaande foto's geven een impressie van mijn shoppingtrip naar Spitafields market en Brick Lane gistermiddag. Deze vintage area, waar op zondag altijd een te gekke markt plaats vind wordt het nieuwe Notting Hill genoemd. Ben je op zondag in Londen en hou je van vintage, ga dan zeker even langs bij Spitafields (underground: Liverpool station).

Gister werd ik tijdens het winkelen nog geinterviewd over mijn kleding en mening over Brick Lane, echt super leuk! Binnekort zou dit uitgezonden worden op BBC4.  Ik ben nog druk bezig met het bewerken van de Spijkers en Spijkers foto's. Hou mijn blog dus in de gaten voor meer nieuws over Londen Fashionweek.
