My mom bought these boots a year ago. She had never wore them, because the heels were too hight for her. I really like these boots and fortunately I have the same shoesize. Lucky me!

OUTFITPOST: THE STREETS OF LONDON

Yesterday evening I arrived safely home after a weekend full of Londen Fashionweek madness. The following pictures give you an impression of my shopping trip to Spitafields market and Brick Lane yesterday. This vintage shopping area is called the new Notting Hill and on Sundays they has an amazingly huge vintage market. If you are in Londen on Sunday and you love vintage, you definitely have to go there (underground: Liverpool Station).
Yesterday I was interviewed by The BBC4 about my clothes aswell as my opinion of Brick Lane. This interview will be broadcast on BBC4 very soon. I am still busy editing pictures of the Spijkers and Spijkers show. Please keep an eye on this blog for more news about the London Fashionweek. By the way, I bought these heels, blouse, sunglasses en a beanie in London. Do you like it?

Inmiddels ben ik terug uit Londen, maar ik mis het nu al! De bovenstaande foto's geven een impressie van mijn shoppingtrip naar Spitafields market en Brick Lane gistermiddag. Deze vintage area, waar op zondag altijd een te gekke markt plaats vind wordt het nieuwe Notting Hill genoemd. Ben je op zondag in Londen en hou je van vintage, ga dan zeker even langs bij Spitafields (underground: Liverpool station).

Gister werd ik tijdens het winkelen nog geinterviewd over mijn kleding en mening over Brick Lane, echt super leuk! Binnekort zou dit uitgezonden worden op BBC4.  Ik ben nog druk bezig met het bewerken van de Spijkers en Spijkers foto's. Hou mijn blog dus in de gaten voor meer nieuws over Londen Fashionweek.

Trouwens de jas, sjaal, hakken, blouse, zonnebril en mutsje heb ik gekocht in Londen, wat vinden jullie ervan?

OUTFITPOST: THE YELLOW STAR SCARF

I had an amazing weekend full of nothing, lunching and spending time with my loved ones. Just perfect! Today, I chose for a pair of jeans combined with a leather jacket and a yellow scarf. A basic outfit but because of the colored item it looks more special.

Dit weekend heb ik lekker rustig aan gedaan. Zaterdag heb ik even gezellig geluncht met een vriendinnetje bij Lodewijk in Nijmegen en s'avonds een film gekeken op de bank met de openhaard aan. I had my doubts about the color of the skirt, when I saw it at the ShopWithYourFriend event. When I see these outfpictures, I am really happy that I chose this skirt. What do you think of my ring? It is from webshop Hart&8. A really nice webshop with cool accessories. Now I am off, for a delicious lunch with a friend of mine.
