ENG: Thursday afternoon I attended the "Talkies Terras Awards 2013". This is a special event for me, because the edition of 2011 was one of my first events which I attended as a blogger. Times flies when we are having fun! The last few days the weather was horrible, but fortunately Thursday afternoon the sun was shining.  A lot of people came to the InterContinental Amstel hotel to check out the amazing terrace and to taste the delicious Remy Martin cocktails and Moët & Chandon champagne. Before the official part, Kenzo X Sensai hosted an exclusive fashionshow on the canals of Amsterdam. I can tell you it was amazing! Afterwards Kristina Bozilovic announced the winner of the award (ofcourse, everybody knew it already however it was fun) and revealed the new cover of magazine Talkies. All in all it was a nice and sunny afternoon where I enjoyed the bites, drinks and atmosphere. Please have a look in my photo diary above to get an impression of the afternoon. Keep you posted! NL: Gister middag was ik aanwezig op de Talkies Terras awards. Dit event heeft altijd iets extra’s voor mij omdat dit een van de eerste events was die ik bezocht als fashion blogger. Dit is inmiddels al meer dan 2 jaar geleden, gek eigenlijk want het lijkt als de dag van gister. 2 jaar geleden ging de prijs voor het beste terras naar het college hotel in Amsterdam, dit jaar gaat alle roem naar het bekende terras van InterContintental Amstel hotel in Amsterdam. Geloof het of niet, het is de afgelopen dagen vreselijk weer geweest, maar  donderdag rond een uur of 3 (aanvang van het event) begon de zon te schijnen. Gelukkig maar, want wat is de Talkies Terras Awards in de regen.  Het terras zag er prachtig uit met het heerlijke zonnetje en was goed gevuld met BN-ers, restaurateurs, prominenten en zaken mensen. De cocktails van Remy Martin en Moët & Chandon vloeide rijkelijk, daar in tegen hield Ik het veilig bij een watertje. Voordat de award officieel werd uitgereikt verzorgde Kenzo in samenwerking met het beautymerk Sensai een modeshow op het water. Daarna onthulde Kristina Bozilovic de nieuwe Talkies met Glennis Grace op de cover, waarna Glennis Grace live de muziek verzorgde. Op de meeste lancering gaan de mensen na het officiële moment naar huis, maar gister bleef het nog lang druk. Zelf genoot ik na het officiële van een heerlijke Sensai behandeling  en kreeg heel fijn een proef setje mee naar of de creme werkt  Al met al was het een zonnige en gezellige middag en zal ik zeker nog een keer te vinden zijn op het beste terras van Nederland.
