INSTAGRAM DIARY WEEK 39

Good afternoon, followers! It's Monday and thus time for Instagram diary week 39. Time flies when you're having fun. It's already October! Wow, it all goes by so fast... Yesterday I attended the big Farouk FYI (For Your Inspiration) hair show at Studio 21 in Hilversum, where I got the preview of next season's Farouk hair trends. Farouk Systems, Inc. is a Houston based company that manufactures high quality professional hair care and spa products. I saw some great things and got a lot of inspiration during the show, but the question remains if I can realize it all by myself. Afterwards, Cointreau organized an after party on the Farouk VIP deck. I drank some delicious cocktails till late with my friend Anouk. You may understand that it was difficult to get up this morning.

 

Now what do you see on above pictures: Me trying a feather jacket, which I didn't buy/ I got these amazing studded ankle boots of Fashionchick and I am in love (Tomorrow an outfitpost with these beauties)/ This is one of the seven outfit which I am going to wear next Wednesday during the Meike Fashion catwalkshow, I will be making my comeback as catwalkmodel and I am excited!!/ Last Thursday I attended the "Brildrager van het jaar" award/ The weather that day was horrible, and the rain was driving me crazy/ Last Sunday I tested the new Colorswitch cases and skins at Danie Bles vintage sale, on instagram you can see the one I took home/ Together with the girls on the terrace of Harbour Club after we shopped "til we dropped, perfect Sunday isn't it?/ some pieces at the Danie Bles vintage sale/ An inspirating hair creation during the Farouk FYI hairshow at Studio21 in Hilversum/ This is my favourite cocktail, Cointreau BitterLemon/ Me drinking cocktails at the Farouk VIP afterparty/ A beautiful quote to end diary week 39.

OUTFITPOST: THE PONY HAIR ANKLE BOOTS

WEEKEND! Yesterday the sun was shining and I decided to wear my Zara trousers in combination with my new pony hair ankle boots and collored bomber jacket. As I told you in my former post I took some rest and slept till 11 in the morning. I needed it, because I was very tired.

I have my blog now for more than a year and I am very curious to your opinion about it. What do you think of the content? Finally it is weekend! I am tired and I need some rest the upcoming weekend. Depsite the fact I have lots of thing to do, like events,work, emails etcetera, I am going to plan some time for relaxing. Yesterday I went to Meike Fashion, a beautiful clothing store located in Oosterbeek, which sells brands like Missoni, People of the Labyrinth, Scotch and Soda, Isabel Marant and many more. Next Wednesday they organize a catwalkshow with 14 models and I am one of them. I did modelling a while ago and it is funny to make my rentree as cawalkmodel next Wednesday. I am very excited as you may can understand. Yesterday I already fitted some outfits and I can tell you the Autumn/Winter collection by Meike Fashion is amazing. Sometimes, there are days you don't want to dress up. Yesterday, I had a day like that. I worked in my comfortable clothes at home all day. When I went to Mathijs, my photographer, I decided to shoot that specific outfit. Now you all can see that I, as a fashionblogger, also love to wear a comfortable outfit, just like everybody does. To make the outfit more decent, I styled it with my trendy sunnies, baseball cap and some red lipstick. What do you think of my comfortable outfit?

OUTFITPOST: THE PRINTED BOMBER JACKET

Mostly I am quite sure about my outfits and shoot location. Yesterday I wanted to do a shoot on the dock of Nijmegen,but while shooting I  was insecure about everything (location, lipstick, stockings, glasses etc.). In my opinion every picture we took failed. This was mainly due to the busy background in combination with my colorful and printed outfit. After we scrolled through the pictures we decided to chose an other location and I am glad we did that!! This (location) background is much butter, and I love the result. Sometimes you have to change,never give up and continues to achieve your goal! By the way what do you think of my Liu Jo bag by Vimodos? I really love it and I can share a little secret with you guys... You can win this bag very soon on my blog. So stay tuned for more...
