TRAVEL DIARY: BERLIN FASHIONWEEK 2013

Finally my diary of Berlin (fashionweek) is a fact! Those who followed me on Instagram  (@fashionistaChloe) may already have seen some of these pictures, but I also added some extra pictures. As you can see, I did some great things and really don't know where to start. It all started on early Monday moring when Linsey and I went by train to Berlin. By train to Berlin is quite ok, the trip takes 6 hours from Nijmegen. The disadvantage of traveling by train is the non availability of WIFI.

When we arrived in Berlin we directly had a meeting/coffee date with the Dutch Zalando PR team. The building is enormously big as you can see on picture seventeen. Before dinner Linsey and I went shopping, as problably all girls do during city trips. We went to the Neue Schönhauser Straße/Rosenthaler Straße were you can find shops like 14 oz. (pic 16) COS, Made in Berlin (vintage, more expensive then Colors, which is one of my favourite vintage stores in Berlin), American Apparel and Buffalo. Eventually Linsey bought a basic shirt at Weekdays and we had dinner at a Burger place somewhere in Mitte Berlin (pic 18). Later in the evening we went to the famous Dandy Diary party, which was not really my kind of party, but it was a nice experience once (I know I already told you in my former post).  Pictures six to twelf gives you an impression of the party.

We woke up early on day two. After we took some outfitpictures, had breakfast and packed our bags we went to the tradefair Bread and Butter. I saw a lot of great things. For example the new collection of New Balance, the funny glasses of Nunettes (pic.2), the colored beanies and many more. Another nice thing to tell you is that I was photographed by Yvan Rodic of the blog Facehunter. The picture on the right side of picture five was featured on Facehunter social media (I have got more then 1000 likes LOL). After we met up with the girls of Fashionchick (pic2) we went out for dinner at Restaurant Spaghetti Western.

Day 3 existed of taking outfit pictures (pic.13/14) and the trip to Madrid (last picture). I had an amazing time and it was nice to travel together with fellow blogger Linsey Sijmons. Unfortunately, time flies when we are having fun. Hope to see you next season again Berlin.
