EVENT: G-STAR RAW WOMEN'S NIGHT AMSTERDAM

 

It is difficult where to start, because there is a lot to tell. My connection with G-Star RAW began when I met Suzanne de Jong (PR G-Star RAW/on picture 1/5) at the first G-Star RAW press show at the Passengers Terminal in Amsterdam last year. During this event I was introduced for first time to their line which triggered my interest.Before that I was unaware there was much more to G Star then just jeans

 

Since the day I met Suzanne, I have been to a lot of G-Star RAW event, the coolest parties among these were the fashionshow in Berlin with an after party at Asphalt (This is a club in the basement of the Hilton Hotel) and their global customers event: The Women's Style Night. I already attended this event last season and last Thursday I went to it again.

The Global Women's Night Slim Fit Edition in association with magazine Grazia is an exclusive in-store event where customers could try the recently launched Slim Fit jeans. I tried two different pairs of jeans and got some style-advice from the G-Star crew (last picture). I tried the 3301 Contour Skinny (see this style on picture2), G-Star 3301 is a style neutral denim with classic 5-pocket construction. Stripped down to its purest form, this essential denim combines authentic details with clean styling to offer a strong base for any look.

I also tried a colored slim fit jeans, The New Radar Skinny Coj. (see this style on picture 10) . Both jeans are completely different and have their own advantages. Eventually I chose the 3301 Contour Skinny, because I really needed a denim jeans and I can wear this style on every occasion.

I really enjoyed this night and would like to thank Suzanne de Jong and the rest of the G-Star team.
