What are you doing on Sunday mornings? Since the weather was nice I felt the desire to go for a run at the Univeristy campus in Nijmegen. Usually I don't bring my iPhone but thanks to Apple iTems I can now easily carry it with me strapped around my arm! The Nike + running chip you see in these pictures was designed by Nike to monitor your running results. You can insert it into your Nike Performance Free Run +3 sneakers and it comes with an iphone app (my favourite app is RunKeeper) to keep track of the distance you have covered and the calories you have burned. Ik ga denk ik de Ipod nano aanschaffen. vind dat toch fijner dan zo'n armband. Ik heb steeds ruzie met dat ding.
