♥ GET DIZZY WITH ANTOINE PETERS ♥

After the success of SALON/  this year they present SALON/2 . A fashion route through Amsterdam. Friday I was invited by Cream PR  to visit the concept store Droog to see the collection SS2012 of Antoine Peters. Concept Store Droog is situated in Amsterdam not far off the Rokin.

In a special room at the concept store Droog you can see the pieces on spinning dummies on fast music of Krause. The designer Antoine Peters dressed in a colored dot shirt, the only men's piece of his collection, was also at Droog.

The get Dizzy Collection is inspired by the new popular culture. By digitization the world is accelerating.  On one hand you got a headache of it, but it also opens a new world with a lot of ideas. The new ideas of Antoine Peters  are reflected in the get Dizzy Collection. His collection is rotated and stretched like the dots and stripes in his collection.  Antoine Peters: ' Because of the speed everything gets confused.

He chooses for dresses, because he love femine at a playful way.  He has not found his prefect Antoine Peters women yet. So he chooses for a  combination of Grace Kelly (Classic) and Scarlett Jahansson (playful). 

You can buy Antoine Peters (just scarfs) at the SALON shop, but the collection of SS2012 will first shown at the modefabriek in Amsterdam fur buyers. In Spring 2012 it will be sold

in a variety of shops.
