Goodmorning my lovely readers. My first post from my holiday destination, Les Issambres (next to St.Maxime, France), the place I will stay for the upcoming week. Yesterday I woke up very early (3:45) to catch my flight to Nice at Schiphol Amsterdam. Fortunately I could sleep in Amsterdam at Laura her place. When we arrived in Nice, France I became happy by the lovely weather and the blue sky. The flight went well, but we had to wait very long at the car rental. Afterwards Laura, Marloes and I went to the beach, enjoyed the sun and chilled all day. At the end of the day (it already got a little bit dark) I took these pictures. Now I am off to enjoy my holiday in France! Keep you posted!

It is summer in the Netherlands, finally!!! Which means shorts, bare legs, white dresses and chilling outside till midnight. I am loving it.. Yesterday I found these pointed high heels in my mom"s wardrobe. Yesterday I had the privilege together with a select group of bloggers to take a look behind the scenes at the studio of juwelery designer Bibi van der Velden. " Bibi van der Velden finds herself in a unique place in unchartered territory, where jewelry design meets haute couture meets fine arts. Inspired by the mystique of her childhood and the diversity of her travel this academically educated artist tells an intimate and magical story with distinctive jewelry". I was impressed by the studio and the exuisite jewerly and sculpture. We got the chance to see each item from the whole collection of Bibi van der Velden throughout the years. I really like the new project of Bibi van der Velden, the skull from picture one.

I was speechless when I got these pictures by We Transfer in my mailbox this evening. It all started a few weeks ago when I contacted Mathijs Hanenkamp, freelance photographer from Nijmegen, about a possible cooperation. I really love his work and was curious how we could work together. After a brainstorming session we came up with some nice ideas ... to start with taking some outfit pictures for my blog. Ofcourse I will take some pictures myself but.... to be continued.....

I actually scheduled this post for tomorrow and you will probaly think where the hell are the pictures from the post of Leiden? Sorry, I just took that post offline. Quality before quantity is an important aspect of my blog. The pictures of Leiden were not of good quality, because it was already too dark, which made the pictures a little bit hazy. However, they are still online on my official facebook page. I took these pictures  on the beaches of Noordwijk aan Zee yesterday at the end of the day. It was a beautiful day with a lot of sun, delicious food and drinks.
