Finally, after a week full of rainy days the sun is shining in the Netherlands. Unfortunately we really had a bad summer, the last sunny beach days were in May. So you may can understand that I greatly enjoying the sun right now! Together with my  lovely mom (picture3), we booked a room in Grand Hotel Huis ter Duin, Noordwijk for 4 days. Today I give you an impression of my first day in Noordwijk.

Today it was time for ModeFabriek Amsterdam, The Netherlands. At the end you always get some fashion magazines back home. When I went back by train and read the magazines, I got inspired by beauty and hair trends and tried these trends in an outfitpost shoot yesterday evening. A new outfit online, wearing my boots which I bought in Berlin last fashionweek. I really love the shoes, heels and boots of the brand Buffalo, unfortunately the nearest shop is in Dusseldorf. Now I am going to sleep, tomorrow I will visit the fashionfair "De Modefabriek" at Amsterdam. Do I see some fellow bloggers there?

PHOTO DIARY: VIERDAAGSE 2012

The International Four Day Marches Nijmegen (or Vierdaagse) is the largest marching event in the world. It is organized every year in Nijmegen (my hometown). On Friday, thousands of people cheers on the walkers at the last few kilometers of the road before the finish. That street, the St. Annastraat, is dubbed "Via Gladiola" for the day (the gladiola is the official flower of the marches, and it is tradition to give them to the participants). A friend of mine, Maarten organized a big party along the Via Gladiola..
