Hi from rainy Amsterdam. Yesterday I went to Amsterdam for my first show during the Amsterdam Fashionweek. I watched  the show from designer Sepehr Maghsoudi. offside at Paleisstraat 1 Amsterdam, The Netherlands. it was nice to attend this show, especially because he helped me with my thesis on designers and social media. 

I was wearing my flared jeans combined with a printed blouse frrom designer Ted Baker and my high heels of Fashionchick. What do you think of  flared jeans, do you like them or are you in love with the skinny jeans still?  Now I am off to breakfast. Hopefully the weather will be better! Have a nice Friday 13th....

I am already back in The Netherlands, and the fashionweek madness has begun. I couldn't attend the opening evening, because I was in Antwerp still. Despite the fact the weather was quite bad  we had a lot of fun during our last day in Antwerp.These pictures were made before we had a delicious diner at Zuiderterras last Tuesday.  By the way, what do you think of my new high heels? I bought them in Berlin last week and I totally fell in love with them.

Hi there from lovely Antwerp, Belgium. Yesterday I had a relaxed day together with one of my best friends Noud in the city of Antwerp. We went shopping, enjoyed the sun ( and some rain, fortunataly we had an umbrella) and had a delicious diner with view on river Schelde. I walked a lot and was happy that I wore my Guess sneakers, which made it much more comfortable!!. Now I am off for my second day of fun!! Keep you posted..

Wow it's July and I am wearing an autumn jacket, yesterday it was around the 18 degrees, not really summer temperatures. However, now I was able to wear this jacket of Darling clothes, which will be available in stores soon. I really like the burgundy color and the backside of the jacket.I still hope that it will becomes summer soon here in the Netherlands and that I can wear all my summerclothes. Now I am off to Antwerpen for a two days shoppingtrip, SALE!....keep you posted!

SHOW: DESIGNER FOR TOMORROW BY MARC JACOBS

Last Wednesday I attended the Designer for Tomorrow hosted by Marc Jacobs show in Berlin. The fashion talent award sponsored by Peek & Cloppenburg provides a visible platform for creativity and giving the best design talents the opportunity to be discovered. From over 350 young fashoon desingers  applicants all over Europe, the top five had the chance to present their collection on the catwalk in Berlin.

I really liked the collection from 3 designers, Laura Williams, United Kingdom ( 2-5), Ramil Makinano, United Kingdom (6-8) and Leandro Cano, Spain (10-13). The other two designers showed a collection, which were not really my kind of type. Spanish designer Leandro Cano won the Designer for Tomorrow Award 2012 and will present his own collection at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Berlin in January next year.
